Ingredients
  • Bagels - 1
  • Apple - ½ small apple, diced
  • Brown Sugar / White sugar - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon - ⅛ tsp
  • Cheese - 1 tbsp (I used Cheddar and mozzarella grated)
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Apple, cinnamon and Sugar
  2. Spread apple mixture on one side of the half bagel and sprinkle cheese over apple
  3. Bake the bagel halves for 7-10 minutes
