Baked Carrot Fries
 
 
Quick 15 minutes helathy Baked carrot fries are perfect for kids evening snacks. This is one nice way to make kids eat carrot.

Ingredients
  • Carrots - 2, peeled and cut into the shape of fries

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit . Place a parchment paper on a Tray
  2. In a wide bowl add all the listed ingredients and mix well
  3. Add the carrots and spread it. Bake it for around 14- 18 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes or more based on the texture you prefer. Enjoy with your favorite dip
Notes
1. Baking time may vary depending on the oven and also the thickness of the carrot. Watch out after 15 minutes
2. Coconut, corn flakes, coarse nuts powder etc. can be used for crispy outer layer
3. Chilli powder can be used instead of pepper powder
4. Garam masala, kitchen king masala etc. can be used for Indian version of carrot fries
5. Fries taste great of consumed immediately
6. Any dips can be taken as s side. We mostly have it with coffee and finish even before thinking about a dip😊
