Dry Curry leaves in microwave

  • Ingredients:
  • Curry leaves
  • Water
  1. Wash curry leaves well in water
  2. Strain it in a colander
  3. Squeeze the curry leaves well
  4. Dry the curry leaves in a cloth for atleast one hour
  5. Press them with paper towel to remove moisture
  6. Fold the curry leaves in a paper towel to remove extra moisture
  7. Spread the curry leaves in microwave safe plate
  8. Microwave for 1 minute
  9. Check and repeat. Microwave again for 2 more minutes
  10. Mine got done in 3 minutes. Depending on microwave powder and quantity
  11. When the curry leaves can be pressed with hands it is done
