Ingredients

  • Cooked Horsegram
  • Salt - as need
  • Coconut - 1 tablespoon + 1 tsp
  • To temper:
  • coconut oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Channa dal - 1/2 tso
  • HIng - generous pinch
  • Red chilli - 1
  • Curry leaves - few

Instructions

  • In add add oil and when oil is hot add all the ingredients listed under "to temper"; let it splutter
  • Add cooked kollu and salt; cook for 2 minutes; switch off and add coconut
