Notes

  1. If you are using desiccated coconut instead of unsweetened coconut flakes, use 1 cup of desiccated coconut  for 1/4 cup of condensed milk
  2. If you feel coconut flakes are big, pulse them in mixie and use
  3. You can use regular coconut instead of coconut flakes. Dry roast the coconut till the moisture evaporates, avoid browning it
  4. Add rose essence or any other favoring according to your choice
  5. You can add food color to make it colorful
  6. If you use desiccated coconut, cooking it is optional. Mix all ingredients and make laddu
  7. Almond flakes or any other crushed nuts can be used for coating
