Take 1 cup of thick curd and add 1/2 cup of water
Blend well with a whisk or ladle to make a frothy thick buttermilk
Add required salt and mix well
In a small tadka pan add coconut oil and the oil turns warm add mustard seeds and let them splutter
Add curry leaves, red chilli, green chilli and let them temper and turn off the stove
Furthermore add turmeric powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder, ginger powder and hing
Add the tadka to the kuzhambu and pacha mor Kuzhambu is ready
