Ginger kashayam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 + 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • First, add water, ginger, pepper powder and cumin seeds
  • Boil for 4-5 minutes
  • Turn off the stove and filter the ginger tea
  • Add honey or sweeter of your choice
  • Consumer few teaspoons as is but dilute and drink if you are consuming in a cup
