First, crush the ingredients under “to crush” and keep them aside
Add oil to a wide heavy bottomed pan and heat
When the oil turns hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves; splutter
Add ginger garlic paste; mix well and saute
Furthermore, add mushrooms and give a quick mix
Add turmeric powder; mix well
Furthermore, add chilli powder and salt; mix well and cook till moisture evaporates and the mushroom cooked well
Add 2 teaspoon of ground powder; mix well
Furthermore, add sesame oil; quickly mix
Add remaining powder or according to your taste
Simmer and saute for 3 minutes
Finally, add ghee; mix well and turn off the stove
