Pacha puli chutney

Ingredients

  • 5 Red chilli
  • 1 garlic
  • 5 small onion
  • Small Lemon size Tamarind
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Jaggery
  • 1 +1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil

Instructions

  • add red chili, garlic, small onion, tamarind, and water; soak for till tamarind comes soft press
  • Transfer to a mixie jar
  • Add jaggery and salt; grind
  • Furthermore, add extra water if you need smooth chutney
  • heat oil; add and mix. Serve after resting for sometime
