Make Rotis with Whole Wheat Flour, Slat and oil as per the usual method. Keep aside.
Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, yellow capsicum and sauté for a minute in low flame. Now add the steamed corn kernels, Sliced olives, Salt and Oregano. Stir it for a minute and switch off stove.
Wrap It Up
Place a Roti on a flat base, Put a Tablespoon of the Filling on one end of the Roti, add a spoon of grated cheese. Roll it tight and cut into two halves. Serve with Ketchup.
