Ingredients

  • 1 can thick coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon sugar adjust according to your sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl
  • Microwave for 2 minutes; Mix well and instant coconut milk is ready

Notes

  1. Adjust the sugar according to your sweetness
  2. Avoid cooking coconut milk for longtime
  3. You can add extra water according to preferred consistency
  4. Coconut milk stays good for 3 days in the fridge
  5. If you are using jaggery, prepare jaggery water and filter then add it to the coconut milk
