Firstly add butter to a wide wok and turn on the stove on medium flame
When butter melts and turns hot, add garlic
Give quick saute and when the garlic starts to brown add onion
Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes till onions turn translucent and start to change color
Furthermore, add mushroom and cook on medium-high flame for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, and saute for 15 seconds
Furthermore, add rice and mix well
Add required salt, 1 teaspoon of soya sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder, and Mix well
Cook for 2-3 minutes or till you get your desired rice texture
Finally, sprinkle scallion greens and mix well
Turn off the stove and serve hot
