Corn flakes mixture

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon roasted peanuts
  • Curry leaves few
  • 2 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 10 cashews
  • 2 tablespoon pottukadalai
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Required salt
  • 2 cups corn flakes

Instructions

  • First, add oil and heat
  • When oil turns hot add cashews, peanuts, curry leaves, and sliced almonds; roast well
  • Add pottukadalai and mix well
  • Turn the flame down and add Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, asafoetida, and salt; quick mix
  • Finally, add corn flakes; mix gently and turn off the stove
