Cut each bread into 4 pieces. I used 2 bread slices, so a totally 8 pieces
Use a chappathi roller and flatten the cut bread slices
Transfer the sliced bread to a wide tray
Pour malai all around and on top of the bread
Refrigerate for 2 hours. If you don't prefer soggy bread serve immediately but well-soaked bread tastes best
finally serve the instant ras malai with nuts of your choice
