Baked Idli Fry

Ingredients

  • Idli - 20 mini idli
  • Sesame oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Apply an even sesame oil coat to the idlis
  • Arrange it in a baking tray and bake it for 10 minutes. Take it out and turn the idlis over. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve it with ketchup/ idli podi/ garlic podi
