In a mixie jar add pottukadalai and grind into a fine powder
Add sugar to the same jar and grind into fine Powder, giving regular interval inbetween
In a wide pan add 2 tablespoon of ghee and when the ghee is hot add cashews; saute them into golden brown
Turn down the flame of tow and add ground mixture and 3 tablespoon of hot melted ghee
Turn off the stove and mix well, the mixture will comes together
If mixture is not binding well add little more ghee
Let the mixture turns warm, Do not allow the mixture to cool down completely
Grease your hands with little ghee and take a small portion of the dough
Roll well and transfer to the plate
After the Maladu is cool transfer into a airtight container
