Saute urad dal, red chilli, fenugreek seeds, and mustard seeds in coconut oil till dal turns golden brown
Add coconut oil to a wide heavy-bottomed pan
Furthermore add tomatoes, and watermelon rind and saute till they slightly change color; transfer and cool
Add tamarind, required salt and water; cover and cook till rind turns soft
Transfer and cool
Furthermore, add asafoetida and coconut and wait till roasted ingredients come to room temrpetaure
Grind dal and red chilli first
add other ingredients and grind well
