First, dry roast sesame seeds, coriander seeds, and red chilli on a low flame until aromatic.
Add cumin seeds and roasted peanuts, and roast briefly. Cool and grind to a slightly coarse powder.
️ Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
️ Add garlic and onions; sauté until onions turn translucent.
️ Add chopped beans and mix well.
️ Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, and salt; mix and sauté for 2 minutes.
️ Add 1/4 cup of water, cover, and cook until the beans turn soft.
️ Add the ground peanut mixture, mix well and cover; cook for 2 minutes.
️ Finally, sauté for 3–4 minutes until everything comes together. Serve hot.
