Ingredients

Pressure cook pasta

  • 150 gram pasta
  • 300 ml water
  • Salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Pressure cook beetroot

  • 3/4 cup beetroot
  • 2 tablespoon onion
  • Red chilli flakes
  • 2 garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

Pasta

  • 25 g paneer
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cheese
  • Salt
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • First, add pasta, water, Italian seasoning, salt, olive oil in a separator
  • Add beets, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, almonds, and water in another separator
  • Pressure cook for 2 whistles
  • Mix pasta well and keep covered
  • Cool beets and add paneer
  • grind with 1/2 cup of milk
  • add cooked pasta along with water , pasta sauce, Italian seasoning , salt and 1/2 of milk; cook for 5 minutes
  • add cheese and turn off the stove
