Ingredients

To roast

  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

Buttermilk

  • 1/2 cup thick curd chilled
  • Required salt
  • 1/2 cup water room temperature
  • 4 Mint leaves

Instructions

  • First, heat the pan
  • Add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds; roast well till they turn aromatic
  • Cool then transfer to the mixie jar
  • Furthermore, add salt; grind
  • furthermore, add mint and curd; grind well
  • add water; grind again
