Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic and onion on medium-high heat until the onions turn soft and lightly golden.
️ Add jaggery, salt, Italian seasoning, and red chilli. Mix well.
️ Pour in the hot milk and bring it to a gentle boil.
️ Add mozzarella cheese and stir continuously until the cheese melts and the mixture thickens.
️ Switch off the heat and mix in the coriander leaves.
️ Allow the mixture to cool slightly. It will thicken further as it cools.
️ Spread generously over toasted bread and serve warm.
