Cucumber dosai

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Idli rice
  • ¼ coconut
  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • 250 g mini cucumber
  • ½ cup water
  • Ginger
  • Green chilli
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  • first wash idli Rice
  • Add water, cooked rice, ginger powder, coriander, green chilli and coconut; soak for 3 hours
  • Add mini cucumber and salt; grind the batter
  • Add cumin seeds; mix well and ferment overnight
  • Mix the batter
  • Heat griddle
  • Add a ladle full of batter ; make a thick dosai
  • Drizzle oil and cook both sides
  • Serve
