Ingredients

To Marinate

  • ½ cup capsicum
  • ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 + ½ cup paneer
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon Shahi paneer masala
  • ½ tablespoon Peanut oil

grind

  • 1 tablespoon melon seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cashew
  • 1 cup curd

Gravy

  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • cup milk
  • Salt
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • Pinch Cardamom powder
  • Kasoori methi
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Heavy cream

Instructions

  • first, mix and rest the ingredients under “marinate”
  • Soak melon seeds and cashews in warm water
  • Grind and add curd
  • Grind again
  • Saute paneer and capsicum in ½ tablespoon of butter
  • Saute turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, and coriander powder in ½ tablespoon butter
  • Add the ground mixture and cook
  • furthermore, Add water and boil
  • add milk and salt; cook
  • furthermore, Add cooked paneer, sugar, garam masala, and kasoori methi; cook
  • Add cardamom powder and heavy cream; mix
