First roast the ingredients under “to roast” for a minute
Add water and cool
Grind with cardamom
add ghee and roast cashew ; keep aside
Roast broken rava and moong dal till turns aromatic and slightly change color
Add water and saffron; boil
Pressure cook for 6 whistles and simmer for a minute
boil jaggery and water; till jaggery melts and keep aside
Add milk and boil
Filter and add jaggery water
Add ground mixture and boil well
