First grind rice flour, water, sesame oil, and salt
Add sesame oil and cook till porridge consistency
Furthermore add rice flour; mix well and cook till it turns into a non sticky pliable dough
Grease sesame oil. Cover with a damp cloth
After it is cool enough to handle pinch a portion
Grease idiyappam press and plate
Press idiyappam and steam cook for 3 minutes
Rest then serve
