Ingredients

  • Dough
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 2 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup drumstick leaves
  • 1/2 cup small onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • To prepare Adai
  • sesame oil

Instructions

  • First, Add all the ingredients except water in a wide vessel ; mix well
  • Add water; mix well and knead; till the dough comes together
  • Drizzle oil on top
  • Cover and rest
  • Grease parchment paper or banana leaf
  • Roll a portion of dough
  • Press and flatten. Make a dent in the center
  • Heat dosa tawa
  • Add sesame oil and cook both sides
  • Serve hot
