Add frozen peas and salt to microwave-safe dish and microwave for 2-3 minutes
Pulse coriander, chili, ginger, coconut, and a pinch of turmeric powder without adding water
Add oil to the pan, when the oil is hot add the items under 'To Temper' and let them crackle
