Notes

  1. Any cream biscuit/cookies can be used
  2. Since I have used a silicone baking tray, I was able to unmould easily. If you are using any other microwave-safe bowl grease generously with oil/ butter
  3. Time may slightly vary according to your microwave oven’s setting
  4. Adding parchment paper/wax/butter papers helps to unmould easily
  5. If you are using more pudding mix make sure the frosting doesn't have a big piece of oreo as it might be stuck to the piping tool
  6. Little instant Coffee powder can be added to boost the flavor
  7. Baking time may slightly vary
  8. You can use a 5-inch square baking pan instead of a round pan
  9. The sugar in the cookie is enough for the cake if featured add extra
  10. Pudding mix is optional you can skip it if you are not planning to pipe the frosting
  11. You can also skip the frosting and enjoy Oreo cake with some chocolate syrup
