Oreo biscuit cake | oreo cake | eggless cake recipe | biscuit cake recipe | 3 ingredients biscuit cake recipe | cream biscuit cake | no eggs cake recipe | tmf cake recipes | microwave cake recipe | cake without oven | birthday cake recipe | 6-inch cake is the easiest cake I have ever baked. 3 ingredient beginner-friendly biscuit cake. No eggs, no butter, no oil, no flour for this cake. Cream biscuit cake can be easily baked in an oven/microwave/stovetop. No need for a whisk or electric hand mixer for preparing the cake batter. A small 6-inch cake is perfect for a last-minute birthday or any special occasion.

    Orea biscuit cake

Oreo biscuit cake is perfect for a quick cake craving. The best part of oreo cake is you don't need to add flour, sugar to this cake. We need some oreo biscuits and 2 more ingredients our cake batter can be prepared in no time. You can use any cream biscuit according to your preference. If you like chocolate cake, oreo biscuit cake is perfect for your taste. I have frosted the cake but you can also top the chocolate syrup and skip the frosting. If you like chocolate flavor also try mousse, cookies.

Eggless Oreo biscuit cake  in oven/microwave

To bake the cake in an oven preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Microwave baking will take 5 minutes. Preferably use silicone tray if you are using microwave-safe bowl grease generously with oil/butter

Cream biscuit cake on the stovetop

Preheat a heavy-bottomed pan for 5-6 minutes until it turns hot. Place a stand and keep the cake pan. Cover the heated pan with a lid and bake for 35 to 40 minutes in low - medium heat until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Any alternative for baking powder?

You can use eno salt instead of baking powder.  If you are using any other cream biscuit other than oreo adjust the baking powder accordingly. Milk quantity also varies slightly

    Frosting for Oreo biscuit cake

I have used Whipped cream frosting, you can use any other frosting according to your preference. I added Oreo pudding mix for additional flavor and also it makes it easy to piping. you can skip if you are not planning to frost the cake.

    Notes

    1. Any cream biscuit/cookies can be used
    2. Since I have used a silicone baking tray, I was able to unmould easily. If you are using any other microwave-safe bowl grease generously with oil/ butter
    3. Time may slightly vary according to your microwave oven’s setting
    4. Adding parchment paper/wax/butter papers helps to unmould easily
    5. If you are using more pudding mix make sure the frosting doesn't have a big piece of oreo as it might be stuck to the piping tool
    6. Little instant Coffee powder can be added to boost the flavor
    7. Baking time may slightly vary
    8. You can use a 5-inch square baking pan instead of a round pan
    9. The sugar in the cookie is enough for the cake if featured add extra
    10. Pudding mix is optional you can skip it if you are not planning to pipe the frosting
    11. You can also skip the frosting and enjoy Oreo cake with some chocolate syrup
