Preheat the oven to 320 F
Line an 8 x 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and grease with butter spray
In a mixing bowl add flour, and cardamom powder; mix well
Furthemore, add condensed milk, and 2 tablespoon of cashew; mix well to make a lump free smooth batter
Pour into the prepared baking pan and tap to remove air bubbles
Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of cashew all around the batter and sprinkle sugar
Bake on the center rack for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes
Cut into squares and enjoy
