Line an 8* 8 square pan with parchment paper that covers the sides of the pan. Grease with little ghee/ butter
Add condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract, in a large wide bowl and microwave for one minute
Use a metal spoon and mix well. Allow the heat to melt the chocolate chips
Furthermore microwave for 30 seconds. use a metal spoon and mix well
Check if chocolate is melted, depending on your microwave setting you might have to microwave for additional time
Microwave till it turns lump free and soft ball consistency
Quickly transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly
Let the fudge sit at room temperature for 3 hours till fudge turn firm
Grease the knife with butter/ghee
Unmold the fudge and cut it into pieces
Refrigerate for 4 hours then keep the fudge at room temperature and consume at least after 6 hours
