Ingredients

  • ½ cup idli rice
  • 1 +½ cup Sona masoori rice
  • ½ cup urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chana dal
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • First wash and soak idli rice, Sona masoori rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, Chana dal; soak well
  • Grind the batter
  • Add sugar and salt; ferment overnight
  • Heat dosa griddle add a ladle full of batter; slightly spread
  • Drizzle oil ; cover and cook
