+1/2 cup Sona masoori rice

cup
urad dal

teaspoon
fenugreek seeds
1/2
tablespoon
salt
1
tablespoon
Chana dal
1/2
teaspoon
sugar
Instructions
First wash and soak idli rice, Sona masoori rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, Chana dal; soak well
Grind the batter
Add sugar and salt; ferment overnight
Heat dosa griddle add a ladle full of batter; slightly spread
Drizzle oil ; cover and cook
