First, soak soya chunks in hot water
Squeeze the water completely twice
crush ginger, garlic, and Kashmiri chilli powder
Furthermore, add sesame seeds; mix well
Heat oil and add fennel seeds; splutter
Add chilli- garlic and soya chunk; saute for 30 seconds
Turn to medium-high flame
Furthermore add Rice, salt, and garam masala; saute for 2-3 minutes till the raw smell guess off and turns flavorful
Finally, add coriander leaves and ghee; mix well and rest for a few hours
