Add soya chunks to a wide bowl. Pour hot water and soak for 30 minutes.
️ Transfer to a colander, drain completely, and squeeze out all excess water.
️ Place the squeezed soya chunks in a bowl. Add salt, garam masala, tikka masala, and curd. Mix well.
️ Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
️ Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed wide pan.
️ Add garlic, onion, and capsicum. Sauté well.
️ Add the marinated soya chunks. Mix and cook for about 1½ minutes.
️ Sprinkle besan flour and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
️ Turn off the heat. Squeeze lemon juice, crush kasoori methi between your palms, add it, and mix well.
