In a separator, add pasta, water, salt, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and red chilli flakes.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Mix well and keep covered.
Blend paneer and milk until smooth.
In a pan, melt butter and roast garlic until golden brown.
Add corn and sauté for 1 minute.
Add spinach and sauté for another minute.
Add cooked pasta along with its water, Italian seasoning, salt, and the paneer-milk mixture. Cook for 1 minute.
Add cheese and cook for another minute.
Turn off the heat and stir in the cream.
