first,Pressure cook potatoes with water and a pinch of turmeric powder
Cool and peel
Mash the potatoes
Add salt, turmeric powder, and sambar powder; mix well
Temper mustard seeds, urad dal, and fennel seeds
Add curry leaves, onions, and garlic; saute well
Add potato mixture; cook in low- low-medium flame
mix well in between and cook till the potato turns into crumbly texture
