Ingredients

  • 4 big Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal
  • Curry leaves
  • 10 Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sambar powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Required Salt

Instructions

  • first,Pressure cook potatoes with water and a pinch of turmeric powder
  • Cool and peel
  • Mash the potatoes
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, and sambar powder; mix well
  • Temper mustard seeds, urad dal, and fennel seeds
  • Add curry leaves, onions, and garlic; saute well
  • Add potato mixture; cook in low- low-medium flame
  • mix well in between and cook till the potato turns into crumbly texture
