Delicious vegetable fried rice made easily in a pressure cooker, perfect for quick and healthy meals.

Ingredients

Marinate

  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 +1/2 cup carrot beans
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce with mushroom
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp salt heaped

fried rice

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 +1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • add ingredients under “marinate” mix well and marinate for 30 minutes
  • soak rice for 20 minutes
  • add oil and heat
  • roast garlic
  • add marinated veggies; sauté for 30 seconds
  • add rice; sauté for a minute
  • add water and soy sauce; boil well
  • pressure cook for 2 whistles
