Eggless Chocolate Mousse made with just 3 ingredients is one of the easiest and creamiest desserts you can prepare in under 10 minutes. With no eggs and no complicated steps, this mousse gets its rich, velvety texture from heavy cream and melted chocolate. It’s the perfect make‑ahead dessert for parties, Valentine’s Day, or a simple chocolate craving at home. My son absolutely loves chocolate, and this mousse has become one of his most requested treats — quick to make, delicious to eat, and always a crowd‑pleaser. If you’re looking for a fuss‑free, creamy, eggless chocolate dessert, this recipe is a must‑try.

What is eggless chocolate mousse — A creamy chocolate dessert made without eggs, using heavy cream, chocolate, and sugar.

How does the mousse set without eggs — Heavy cream thickens as it cools and whips into soft peaks, giving the mousse its airy texture.

Can I use any type of chocolate — Yes. Semi‑sweet, dark, milk, or flavored chocolate chips all work well.

Why strain the mixture — Straining removes any unmelted chocolate bits for a smoother mousse, though it’s optional.

How long does eggless mousse stay fresh — It stays good for 3–4 days in the refrigerator.

Can I make this mousse without a mixer — Yes, but whipping by hand takes more effort. A mixer gives quicker, consistent soft peaks.

Can I adjust the sweetness — Absolutely. Add more sugar or confectioners’ sugar before chilling if needed.

What toppings go well with chocolate mousse — Whipped cream, nuts, chocolate shavings, berries, caramel, or sprinkles.
