Can I grind tomato?

I would recommend fine-chopping tomatoes. You can even chop them big. Avoid grinding them. That might turn tomatoes mushy.

Can I reduce tomatoes?

Adjust the tomatoes according to the sourness. I used vine tomatoes.

Should I add curd?

If the tomatoes you use are not sour, add little curd and saute on low flame

CAN I SKIP kitchen king MASALA

it gives a good flavor to the one-pot thakkali sadham. You can skip. Adjust the masala powders according to your taste

RICE FOR pressure cooker tomato pulao

I have used basmati rice. You can use any variety of rice according to your choice. Adjust water accordingly.

Always saute tomato thokku well

add rice only after tomatoes turn mushy and the raw smell goes off. Else rice won’t taste good

SHOULD I SOAK RICE?

I soaked the rice for 20 minutes. adjust the soaking time according to the rice variety you use.

SIDE DISH FOR  tomato pilaf
