meetha pan drink

Meetha paan is a popular indian digestive treat made with betel leaves, nuts, and various sweet ingredients like fennel seeds, coconut, and sweetened syrups. It's known for its unique blend of flavors and is often consumed after meals for digestion. If you are planning Diwali get-together with lots of sweets and savory ; this drink is perfect.

Betel leaves for a drink

I only get dark green betel leaves here in the USA. Hence I always use them. Adjust the quantity according to your taste.

Ice cream

vanilla ice cream is optional but it gives amazing flavor so i recommend it.

shredded coconut

I used finely shredded coconut. Avoid fresh or frozen coconut. If you have bought a big desiccated coconut, pulse it once. You can use coconut powder too.  The coconut I used doesn't contain sugar
