Oven Roasted Broccoli Fry | Broccoli fry | Crispy oven roasted broccoli is a crispy side that can be prepared within 15 minutes. Baked Broccoli can be served as appetizer or side. Kids can’t say no to this crispy broccoli fry. With just a tablespoon of oil, it is a healthy baked dish.

I told about my Moong bean series in my Moong bean khichdi post but suddenly my laptop is not working and unfortunately I took backup only in my laptop, hoping it starts working again. I thought I will take a break but me and my break always happens for months together so this time I just want the momentum to go and decided to publish from phone. Let’s see how it goes😊

Recently I have shared oven roasted broccoli fry in my Instagram post as a side for a Biryani. Couple of friends asked step by step procedure. I have seen many people sharing recipes in IG stories but I haven’t shared it. With the thought of posting it in IG I took stepwise picture and broccoli picture in phone and now it has become my blog post😊

Broccoli is one vegetable I always find it challenging to give to my son. I am sure many moms will have same problem when it comes to giving broccoli to kids. Just by hearing the name broccoli my son will run miles when ever I try to give him. Couple of attempts in giving him has become a big flop show.

One day when I made Gobi 65 hubby told me I wish we find some way to give broccoli to give like this. After few trial and error here is the broccoli version my son loves. If you have a broccoli hater do try this, I am sure they are still going to run but this time asked for some more broccoli 😎

Broccoli soup and broccoli stir fry are my other favorites with broccoli.

No marination required for this broccoli. I just added a little besan flour for that crispy texture. Even if the fry is taken after 1-2 hours, crispness is well maintained. Have got some broccoli in fridge? Try this and I am sure every time you buy broccoli you will end up making this.
