Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 spring onion
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon capsicum
  • 2 cashews
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon peas
  • 25 g paneer
  • 1 broccoli
  • 135 g pasta
  • water

Instructions

  • First, Heat oil
  • Add garlic, onion, spring onion, cashews and capsicum; roast well
  • furthermore add broccoli, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper powder, and peas; saute well
  • turn off and transfer
  • Add paneer and cool
  • add water, salt and Italian seasoning; boil well
  • cook pasta and transfer it to a colander
  • drizzle oil
  • Grind the cool veggies with pasta water
  • transfer to a pan
  • furthermore, add cooked pasta; saute for 2 minutes
  • top with seasoning and red chilli flakes serve hot
