Easy and tasty broccoli pasta is perfect for a packed lunch. 

Pasta for green pasta

I have used bow-tie pasta, but you can use any pasta of your choice. Cook according to the pasta package instructions.

I added paneer to increase protein and create a creamy texture. Yes, but the texture might vary.

How long should I cook pasta in sauce 

Cashew and paneer help pasta thicken over time. Avoid overcooking.

Can I use butter instead of oil?

Yes, you can use butter

Ingredients 

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic

1/4 cup onion

1 spring onion

Italian seasoning

1 tbsp capsicum

2 cashews

salt

1 tbsp peas

25 g paneer

1 broccoli

135 g pasta

water
