Mango lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mangoes chilled
  • 1/2 cup thick non sour curd
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Sugar according to your taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender; prepare lassi
  • Taste and add sugar if needed
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour then serve
