In a wide heavy bottomed pan add milk and let it boil
Cook on low flame keep stirring and scrape the sides regularly
make sure it is not burnt, and keep doing it every time the milk starts boiling
At one stage milk reduces to 1/3 quantity and becomes like a cream
Add the sugar around that time and keep stirring
cook till the sugar melts well and therattipal becomes a whole mass
Turn off immediately and transfer to Another dish to prevent further cooking
