Vendakka fry

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of okra
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Required salt
  • Curry leaves few
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 10 small onion

Instructions

  • Add oil and heat
  • When the oil turns hot, add curry leaves, chilli flakes; roast
  • Furthermore, add onion ;saute till onion turns translucent
  • Furthermore, add salt; mix well and cook for a minute
  • Add vendakkai; mix well
  • Turn to medium- high flame; cook for 2 minutes
  • Mix well in between
  • Turn to low flame and cook for 5-6 minutes until okra gets roasted
