Godhumai rava dosai

Ingredients

Soak:

  • 1/2 cup cracked wheat
  • 1 cup hot water

Grind:

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 green chili
  • 25 grams spinach
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoon rice flour
  • Onion
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon besan flour

Cook:

  • Sesame

Instructions

  • Soak cracked wheat in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Add all ingredients under “Grind,” then blend into a batter.
  • Add besan flour; mix well. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a dosa griddle.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly.
  • Drizzle sesame oil and cook until both sides are golden brown.
