Rava for spinach dosa
I used cracked wheat. Fine Godhumai rava soaks well so I prefer it. If you are using big grits( pulse once. You can also use regular rava
Can I skip rice flour
Rice flour gives Nice texture for the dosai so I recommend it
Spinach alternative
You can use veggies of your choice. Spinach doesn't need require additional cooking so I didn't cook separately.
Can I skip besan flour
It helps for dosai texture and also adds little protein to the dosai

How to make spinach Godhumai rava dosai with step by step pictures
- Soak cracked wheat in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Add all ingredients under “Grind,” then blend into a batter.
- Add besan flour; mix well. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
- Heat a dosa griddle.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly.
- Drizzle sesame oil and cook until both sides are golden brown.
