leftover rice roti

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup leftover rice
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour heaped
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon dill leaves I used dried but fresh is preferred
  • Green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut heaped
  • sesame oil

Instructions

  • First, mash the rice well
  • Add all the ingredients in a wide vessel; mix well
  • Grease parchment paper or banana leaf with sesame oil
  • Roll a portion of the tough
  • Press and flatten. Make a dent in the center
  • Heat dosa tawa
  • Add sesame oil and cook both sides
  • Serve hot
