Ingredients

  • 1 Mango skin

Mango kulfi

  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Mango pulp
  • Generous pinch Cardamom powder
  • Pinch of saffron

Instructions

  • Wash mango well and dry
  • Use a sharp knife to extract the pulp and deseed
  • Add mango pulp, Condensed Milk , heavy cream, cardamom powder and saffron; grind well
  • Keep the mango skin in a glass
  • Fill the mango kulfi,. Cover and Freeze for about 8 hours
  • Cut and enjoy
